What is a K-Type House?
The K-Type House is a modular building constructed with a light steel frame and insulated panels. This structure is designed for rapid construction, making it ideal for temporary or semi-permanent uses such as worker camps, offices, or emergency shelters. The "K" refers to the modular grid system used in the design, offering flexibility for easy expansion or customization. These houses are portable, cost-effective, and eco-friendly, suitable for projects that require quick deployment and durability.

Installation Options
We offer three installation methods to meet the needs of different customers:
- Self-installation: We provide a manual with photos and drawings, or some videos to help you install it yourself. This is the way most customers choose because it is economical and convenient.
- On-Site Guidance: We can send our personnel to your site to guide your team in the installation, or send a team of 3-5 people to install for you. This method is the easiest, but you need to pay for their round-trip tickets, local food, accommodation, transportation, communication, and salary, as well as their safety on the site.
- Training and Learning: You can send your engineers or technicians to our company to learn the installation details.
Advantages of the Prefabricated K-Type House

- Rapid Installation: Typically, a team of 6 skilled persons can install a 150 sq.m house every day.
